Events Manager

HemoSonics, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Events Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing event-based marketing strategies, coordinating HemoSonics’ participation in conferences and trade shows and organizing sales trainings, road shows, and other Company events in the US and abroad.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Good eye for graphic design preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for US-based and OUS commercial and scientific events.
  • Responsible for all aspects of event planning and execution to include all event logistics, registration, staffing, regional compliance, content, booth design and layout, products, security, operations, social media support, and more to achieve the goals as set out by the business and defined by key stakeholders.
  • Communicate event details to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage conference budget and cost reporting.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Affairs and Sales stakeholders to best support their events.
  • Ensure vendor payments occur in a timely manner.
  • Track and direct all event activities through conference calls and other management tools and provide regular updates to Marketing team.
  • Calculate ROI and other event-related metrics through post-event reports and monitor best practices for implementation at future events.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to understand and define goals and success factors.
  • Assist with partnership activation and other special projects as needed.

      Education and Experience Required:

      • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ corporate event planning experience required.
      • 2+ years’ Marketing Communications experience preferred.
      • Strong interpersonal abilities to work with all HemoSonics stakeholders, international partners and vendors.
      • Project and budget management experience.
      • Medical device industry experience preferred.

      Physical and Travel Requirements:

      • Travel up to 50%, including international.
      • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
