Administrative Assistant – Commercial

HemoSonics, LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for administrative support for various departments throughout the organization, with special focus on the Commercial group.   

Key Attributes of the Successful Candidate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to external customers/clients/partners
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills with polished & professional attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong general business acumen with desire to learn our business and ability to maintain confidentiality as needed
  • Ability to both take direction and work independently as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and maintain travel itineraries (flights, hotel, ground transportation) for Commercial and other Leadership Team members as needed
  • Oversee conference/marketing event logistics, including but not limited to: registrations for the conferences, onsite conference event planning and transportation of the booth and marketing materials
  • Maintain calendars for department leaders, as directed by Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Coordinate catering services for company meetings and events, purchase food/beverages directly as needed, setup/cleanup for meetings and events
  • Manage expense reporting for senior commercial leaders

Education and Experience Required:

  • GED or high school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an administrative capacity supporting Leadership Team members. Experience supporting Commercial/Sales & Marketing preferred
  • International/global support experience preferred
